Meet the Builder Behind SEFAIN
SEFAIN started the way most good things in construction do — with a set of tools and a reputation. Fady came up through the trades, spending years framing, pouring, and finishing homes across Southern California before ever carrying a business card. That hands-on background is still how he runs projects: on site, in the details, and accountable for every phase.
After more than a decade of building for other people's companies, he founded SEFAIN Construction Group to do it differently — fewer projects, higher standards, and a client relationship that doesn't end at the final invoice. Today SEFAIN builds custom residential, commercial, ADU, and full remodel projects across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties.

When I walk a client through a finished home, I'm not thinking about square footage — I'm thinking about the holidays, the kids measured against a door frame, the neighbors who'll drive past this street for decades. That's the responsibility I took on when I put my name behind SEFAIN, and it's why I still show up on every jobsite.
